In the U.S., Mattamy is represented in 11 markets – Charlotte, Dallas, Jacksonville, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, Southeast Florida, Southwest Florida, Tampa, Tucson and Wellen Park. This role will support the marketing team and provide day-to-day coordination of advertising and public relations campaigns focusing on all aspects of marketing new home communities. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee and follow up with vendors to ensure quality performance and timely delivery of all goods and services. They will coordinate website updates, new content implementation, and assist with social media content, advertising campaigns, website content updates and Google analytics. Inventory management and provision of collateral materials such as Brochures, Price Sheets, Floor Plans, Sales Center Experiences, and Handouts for each community will also be a key responsibility. The role involves assisting with the coordination and attendance of sales-related events, including some weekend or evening events. Market research, competitive shopping, and report production are also part of the duties. Various administrative tasks are required, including creating spreadsheets, submitting invoices for approval and payment, ordering office supplies, filing, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings and agendas.
