About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the Wine and Spirits Industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, social media, email marketing, event planning, and be highly organized.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
2-3 Years’ marketing experience
Fast learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with email and other digital marketing tools

Nice To Haves

Passion for the wine and spirits industry, highly preferred
Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Digital advertising experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Handle all internal/external photography and videography needs.
Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns to promote products and events.
Manage company merchandising including ordering and budget management.
Coordinate planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, tastings, festivals, and other promotional activities.
Maintain marketing materials, including product information sheets, sales presentations, and advertisements.
Collaborate with sales team to support their efforts by providing marketing materials, coordinating events, and sharing market research.
Demonstrate marketing creativity and ideas.
Generate marketing reports and metrics and present to US and Global Teams.
Train and educate internal teams on marketing efforts, strategies, and initiatives as needed.
