About The Position

Marketing Coordinator (Temporary 6 months) CoralTree Residence Collection Hawaii is a dynamic team based in Maui. We focus on delivering high-quality experiences and products to our community and visitors alike. We are looking for an organized, creative, and enthusiastic temporary Marketing Coordinator to join us during a busy season and help drive our marketing campaigns forward. As part of the CoralTree Residence Collection, you’ll join a company known for managing premium and luxury residential properties, vacation homes, and resorts. The Marketing Coordinator (Temporary) position will be based in Kihei, Maui. The wage rate is $30.00 an hour.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related role.
• Proficiency with social media management platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic design programs (e.g., Canva or Adobe Express).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and grammar.
• Must reside on Maui.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Deep familiarity with Hawaii's geography, community dynamics, and unique economic landscape.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of daily marketing tasks.
• Manage localized promotional campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels.
• Create engaging content.
• Coordinate events.
• Draft engaging copy and coordinate visual assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email newsletters, and local print advertisements.
• Assist in executing, tracking, and reporting the performance of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Help plan, set up, and execute local promotional events, community pop-ups, and partnerships across Hawaii.
• Organize marketing collateral, digital image libraries, and brand merchandise inventory.
• Coordinate schedules, maintain marketing calendars, and communicate with local vendors, printers, and partners.
