The Marketing Coordinator serves as a key support role within the Marketing and Communications team at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium and Lee G. Simmons Wildlife Safari Park. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, this position provides administrative and execution support to the Marketing and Communications team under the direction of the Marketing Operations Manager. Working across marketing, communications, creative, digital marketing, and operational initiatives, the Marketing Coordinator supports assigned marketing projects and deliverables. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, assisting with digital marketing initiatives such as email marketing, website content updates, digital signage, and other digital channels, maintaining marketing assets, compiling reporting, and providing administrative support that enables the team to execute high-quality work efficiently. Under the direction of department leadership, this position provides support on assigned projects and tasks while adjusting priorities as needed to meet departmental objectives and the evolving needs of the team.
