Requirements
- 2–3 years of marketing experience preferred, with a background in social media, event coordination, and content creation.
- Strong organizational, communication, writing, and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling.
- Obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with social media platforms
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or other customer-focused industries.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Corporate Office on promotions, events, and marketing initiatives for the property.
- Manage onsite logistics for marketing initiatives, including promotions and events, to ensure accurate execution.
- Coordinates and disseminates communications and correspondence to all departments and necessary team members regarding marketing programs and initiatives.
- Develop social media calendar and schedule content to ensure consistent and timely posting; works with Corporate Marketing to develop social media strategies.
- Manage guest feedback; respond to social media inquiries and facilitates all comments to internal teams
- Responsible for company reputation management. Includes monitoring and updating Google venue pages, responding to reviews as necessary and providing feedback to necessary departments.
- Manages on-property sign needs.
- Interface daily with personnel from various departments.
- Promote outstanding customer relations.
- Act with discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Other duties as assigned.
