About The Position

Our team currently has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator. As a Marketing Coordinator, you are a member of our Brenntag NA Beauty & Personal care Team. This role reports to the Strategic Marketing & Business Development Manager. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of Brenntag’s marketing strategy, with a focus on email and social media activities in North America, managing engagement and interactivity with our audiences while implementing integrated campaigns. Executing on the Americas growth agenda, the Marketing Coordinator will leverage data, best-in-class technology and targeting strategies to find new customers driving customer acquisition and increasing market share.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience with marketing, especially digital marketing including email, social media and content creation, preferably in the chemical industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking, organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Good understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, Sprinklr, Pardot, website management, etc.
  • Experience specifically with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Pardot is preferred

  • Bilingual – English, French, Spanish, Portuguese a valid plus

Responsibilities

  • Track, manage, and qualify marketing leads from key channels including UL, SpecialChem, trade shows, and Google Ads
  • Create and maintain campaigns in Salesforce to support accurate lead tracking and reporting, including trade show lead capture and follow-up workflows
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure proper lead handoff and data integrity
  • Execute marketing communications across platforms, including: Social media posts, Email marketing campaigns, Campaign landing pages
  • Support campaign scheduling, deployment, and optimization to ensure consistency and performance
  • Manage website content updates, including: Adding and maintaining ingredient listings in collaboration with supplier partners, Supporting updates to product or technical content
  • Administer website access portal, including: Uploading and maintaining webinar content, Managing formulation libraries and gated resources
  • Track and report on key performance metrics across marketing channels, including: Social media engagement, Email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), Lead generation and conversion by source (UL, SpecialChem, events, digital campaigns)
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI
  • All other duties as assigned by management
