The Marketing Coordinator will develop and own the annual activation calendar and on-property programming strategy, identifying opportunities to drive guest engagement, revenue growth, brand awareness, and community partnerships. This role involves leading the planning, development, and execution of marketing activations and guest experiences in partnership with Operations and other internal stakeholders. The coordinator will also manage program budgets, track marketing spend, and oversee vendor investments. Additionally, they will partner with the Marketing Director to develop and optimize digital content strategies, execute email marketing campaigns, and develop marketing collateral and guest-facing communications. Support for public relations and partnership initiatives, as well as preparing marketing performance reports, are also key aspects of this position. The role serves as a key marketing partner responsible for identifying opportunities, driving initiatives forward, and supporting the continued growth of the property’s brand and guest experience.
