About The Position
The Steward (Dishwasher) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and its supplies, including washing dishes, removing trash, and ensuring a hygienic environment. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the hotel's culinary services.
Requirements
- Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
- Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Washes china, glass, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of the cleaning supplies
- Remove trash, compost, and recycle to appropriate receptacles
