Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
2-5 years of hands-on marketing experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication (written + verbal)
Experience with: Email marketing & social media
Digital marketing tools/platforms
Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools
Experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT or Canva) to enhance marketing work
Creative, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Self-starter who can work independently AND collaborate effectively
Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting timelines

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns (digital, events, and community-based)
Manage timelines, project schedules, approvals, and deliverables
Help plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, and local initiatives
Partner with designers, vendors, and internal teams to bring ideas to life
Track performance through reports, dashboards, and marketing data
Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination
Support local events, sponsorships, and community engagement efforts
