About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in executing marketing initiatives that directly support the needs of GEDC dental offices. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with practice managers and regional leadership to support patient acquisition and engagement. This candidate must have exceptional project management skills and proficiency in design software. This position is located at our corporate office in Southfield, MI and has a hybrid schedule of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in office and Wednesday/Friday remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with experience supporting multiple locations or businesses.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., email/SMS campaigns, social media, local SEO).
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, including HubSpot, Birdeye, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the dental or multi-site healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of local marketing plans and initiatives, tailored to the specific needs of individual dental offices within the assigned region.
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This includes developing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and tracking progress.
  • Work closely with practice managers and regional leadership to understand their marketing goals and provide regular updates on campaign performance. Effectively communicate marketing plans and results to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external vendors as directed to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to GEDC brand standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and email templates. Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends and best practices, particularly in local and digital marketing.
