About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and content-loving Marketing Coordinator to support SEO Sherpa’s brand marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in organizing moving parts, maintaining calendars, and building seamless marketing workflows. The position involves bringing content to life by coordinating with designers, setting up newsletters, managing content calendars, repurposing material across channels, and executing quality checks before publication. While advanced SEO knowledge is not required, a deep curiosity about digital marketing, comfort with AI tools, and a commitment to efficient publishing pipelines are essential.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in content coordination, social media coordination, blog management, community management, or a similar digital marketing agency/B2B environment.
  • Laser-sharp visual and written standards with a keen eye for detail (e.g., spotting broken links, formatting inconsistencies, off-brand alignments).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and meet recurring deadlines independently.
  • Passion for online culture, social networks (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube), and content creators.
  • Concise, sharp, and highly professional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfort working across modern workflow tools, scheduling platforms, and standard digital marketing stacks (e.g., Monday.com, Google Workspace, Buffer, GA4, GSC, Semrush).
  • Eagerness to utilize and scale workflows using advanced AI tools (like Gemini) for drafting, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Highly self-managing, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Residing in time zones within 4 hours +/- of Dubai (GST).

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and formatting of content across core brand profiles, CEO-led channels, and the company website (WordPress).
  • Own and maintain content calendars, managing internal deadlines, assets, files, design briefs, trackers, and approval flows.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager, graphic designers, media managers, copywriters, and senior stakeholders to manage the content lifecycle from concept to publication.
  • Repurpose long-form content into social-first formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and community platforms.
  • Upload, schedule, format, and perform rigorous quality checks on all content, including links, captions, alignments, and tags.
  • Set up, test, format, and distribute digital marketing email newsletters.
  • Assist in growing and managing engagement within community channels like the Search Everywhere Academy and Agency Owners Club.
  • Proactively leverage AI systems and specialized tools to draft content variants, optimize workflows, and maintain a consistent production baseline.
  • Track baseline social and content performance insights to help the team evaluate content effectiveness.
