About The Position

This is an exciting, fast-paced position with the opportunity to work on the full breadth of marketing activities at one time. The ideal candidate has recently received a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications, has a minimum of 4 years of related experience, and is a self-starter with a desire to make a difference. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and executing on omni channel marketing campaigns and content. Work will include supporting the Identity and Access Management Solutions (IAMS) Workforce business unit. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the Marketing Coordinator should possess an attention to detail and excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools and social media platforms. The position will take daily direction from the HID IAMS Sr. Marketing Communications Manager, Workforce. The Marketing Coordinator will be exposed to multiple disciplines including sales and business development, product marketing, product management and the corporate communications teams, as well as outside creative agencies. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in digital marketing, marketing or marketing communications. Candidates with equivalent education, plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum of 4 years related digital marketing experience since graduation
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo), project management tools (Workfront) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to consistently commit to and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others
  • Proficient in MS Office applications. Strong working knowledge of Excel a must. Knowledge of Workfront, Salesforce, and Smartsheet applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and refreshing existing content for integrated campaigns with focus on improving inbound engagement.
  • Creating, writing, executing and measuring social media posts and the performance of social promotion.
  • Providing support for the layout of campaign pages, creating and scheduling social media content, webinar presentations, videos, sales templates and scripts.
  • Supporting webpage and campaign landing page optimization through review, analysis and recommendations keyword and copy improvements.
  • Tracking competition and industry trends.
  • Assisting with all administrative and project management tasks needed for event promotion.
  • Supporting the development of quarterly and annual strategic campaign plans.
  • Assisting with daily administrative duties including purchase order and invoice processing.
