This role serves as the liaison between the practice and referring dental practices, schools, and community organizations. It also involves managing the practice's social media channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be congenial, compassionate, creative, proactive, analytical, supportive, organized, self-managed, and sales-minded. This individual will be an out-of-the-box thinker, constantly seeking innovative ways to make a significant community impact and attract new patients. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing/Sales experience preferred.
  • Marketing, sales, and referral-minded individuals will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Canva preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Marketing & sales experience is desirable, but not required if the candidate is exceptional.
  • Referral Marketing experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing outreach plans for referring dentists, schools, and community organizations.
  • Develop and adhere to a delivery calendar for outreach to referring dentists, schools, and community organizations.
  • Organize and participate in events and deliveries to referring dental offices, building rapport with doctors and team members to represent the practice's brand.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate doctor-to-doctor lunches/happy hours, Lunch & Learns, continuing education events, and open houses.
  • Contact target schools at least once per quarter via in-person delivery or mailed package.
  • Attend key membership meetings with community organizations as strategically appropriate.
  • Strategically promote the practice's brand to community organizations for partnership opportunities, such as social media giveaways.
  • Create efficient travel schedules and routes for business activities.
  • Create, procure, assemble, and deliver thoughtful, personal, and experiential gifts for partners.
  • Prepare and present reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the organization.
  • Manage the marketing budget for sponsorships and other key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the practice leadership team to identify relevant clinical and brand-focused marketing materials and messages for deliveries.
  • Strategically plan community events, including giveaways, lead collection, post-event follow-up, and setting goals/measuring ROI.
  • Collaborate with doctors, practice leadership, and the Orthodontic Partners' marketing team to address feedback from outside organizations and facilitate process/service improvements.
  • Prepare presentations for community partners showcasing the practice, orthodontic treatments, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Execute data capture processes at consumer-facing events for CRM and retargeting campaigns.
  • Schedule approximately 5 social media posts per week in advance for Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging channels.
  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to the style and audience of each social media channel.
  • Respond to Facebook and Instagram messages promptly, maintaining a professional brand voice, and handle inquiries received through these channels.
  • Track outreach interactions, partner contact information, and follow-up items.
  • Attend regularly scheduled marketing meetings with a prepared agenda.
  • Manage Google review responses.
  • Coach the practice team and create processes for regularly collecting social media content.
  • Assist with creating printed and digital materials for internal and external use using tools like Canva.
