Marketing Coordinator (Predictions Partnerships)
About The Position
Gemini is building out its Predictions product and is creating a new team to lead its partnerships program. They are looking for a Predictions Partnerships Coordinator to support relationships with builders, traders, and distribution partners that make their predictions markets tradable. This is a highly visible role at the center of the Predictions roadmap. The role requires someone fluent in how prediction markets work (order books, APIs, liquidity, marketplace dynamics) and who can build relationships with ecosystem builders and traders. The coordinator will identify prospective partners, lead outreach and relationship-building, and help turn conversations into active partnerships. This is a high-impact role with real ownership, built for a high-agency, mission-driven operator who wants to set strategy, level the team up, and win with a team that keeps score. The ideal candidate is chronically online, a builder, or someone who wants to win. This role is required to be in person twice a week at their New York City, NY office.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Partnerships, preferably building partner programs or ambassador ecosystem, internships count
- Someone who loves prediction markets, the industry, and emerging trends
- Understanding of trading behavior and infrastructure — order books, APIs, market-making mechanics, and how liquidity actually gets built on an exchange
- Comfortable working with and onboarding new partners in partnership with legal, ops, and more
- Strong analytical skills — able to size opportunities, track liquidity/volume performance, and make data-informed prioritization calls
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and competitive environment
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across predictions ecosystem of market makers, data providers, traders, and distribution partners that expand brand awareness of Gemini’s Predictions product
- Structure partnership terms in collaboration with legal, finance, and compliance
- Manage onboarding, integration and activity of partners in close cross-functional partnership with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations. Act as the escalation point for any issues
- Develop a deep, current view of the competitive landscape and translate that into actionable strategy
