The Marketing Partnerships Coordinator is an entry-level position designed for an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in sports marketing, partnership activation, communications and brand management. This role supports the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, corporate partner programs, and race-weekend activations that strengthen brand visibility, enhance fan engagement, and deliver meaningful value to partners. Working closely with internal teams, corporate partners, and external resources, this role supports day-to-day partnership initiatives, event logistics, partner and team communications, branded asset coordination, merchandise programs, and operational planning throughout the race season. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced motorsports environment while gaining valuable hands-on experience and opportunities for professional growth and development within the sports marketing industry.
