About The Position

Leon’s Furniture is looking for a Marketing Coordinator – Paid Media & Performance, to join our team and provide critical execution support across our paid media channels. This role is perfect for a proactive, analytical executor who thrives in a high-velocity environment, understands how digital touchpoints drive physical store traffic, and wants to master the mechanics behind enterprise-scale media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Have a strong baseline understanding of digital media mechanics, tracking infrastructure (pixels/tags), and how data flows through a retail marketing funnel.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, balancing rigid campaign launch deadlines with a proactive, ownership mindset.
  • Be an excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of coordinating smoothly between creative, technical, and external agency team members.
  • Be highly analytical and naturally curious, looking past basic data entry to flag discrepancies or feed errors before they impact performance.
  • Have a detail-oriented execution style, ensuring links, creative assets, and regional rules are verified flawlessly before going live.
  • Be highly organized, with the ability to manage overlapping promotional timelines simultaneously while keeping all internal stakeholders informed.
  • Degree or Diploma in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on execution experience in a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center, and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
  • Experience coordinating or passing along performance reporting data from platforms like Google Search Console and Google Ads.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the operational deployment of paid media campaigns including creative assets and promotional copy, across multiple channels (including Digital, Social, TV, Radio, and OOH) to guarantee on-time campaign launches.
  • Ensure all paid media traffic is accurately tagged and tracked to capture and measure performance effectively.
  • Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot digital product feeds within platforms such as Google Merchant Center and Meta Business Manager, to ensure pricing, inventory, and creative are fully optimized by region.
  • Compile performance reports and digital media dashboards across platforms to help the team analyze overall business KPIs and store traffic trends.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice matching, and accurate pacing entries across multiple media channels to support monthly spend reconciliation.
  • Continuously monitor live paid campaigns across digital channels to ensure creative accuracy, landing page functionality, and alignment with the promotional calendar.
