About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of patient lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and other owned communication channels. This role will work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to life, maintain operational excellence, and help deliver personalized patient experiences at scale. The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in campaign execution, audience segmentation, marketing automation, quality assurance, and performance reporting. This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects while collaborating across Marketing, Data, Operations, Analytics, Clinical, and Digital teams. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys both the creative and technical aspects of lifecycle marketing and is excited about using data, automation, and personalization to enhance the patient experience and drive business growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, or similar technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience executing email and SMS campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and audience segmentation concepts.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email editing and troubleshooting.
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience building or maintaining automated lifecycle journeys.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing best practices.
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and marketing performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), analytics tools, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels to support patient onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of automated customer journeys, triggered communications, and nurture programs.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure campaigns render correctly and function as intended across devices, browsers, and email clients.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, workflows, calendars, and operational processes to improve team efficiency and scalability.
  • Coordinate campaign asset collection, reviews, approvals, and deployment timelines.
  • Assist in audience segmentation and targeting using demographic, behavioral, engagement, and lifecycle data.
  • Support implementation of personalization strategies designed to improve relevance and engagement across consumer and patient communications.
  • Partner with Analytics and Data teams to validate audience criteria and campaign eligibility requirements.
  • Maintain audience lists and suppression logic while helping ensure compliance with privacy and communication preferences.
  • Support testing of subject lines, creative assets, messaging, timing, and channel strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and maintain routine reporting on key engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization through testing and analysis.
  • Assist with A/B testing strategies and measurement frameworks to improve campaign effectiveness.
