Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
2–4 years of experience in marketing or graphic design (construction, AEC, or professional services preferred)
Strong portfolio demonstrating layout design, branding, and production work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

Responsibilities

Support the preparation of marketing and communications materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality presentation.
Coordinate timelines, content, and deliverables for internal and external clients.
Design and produce materials such as internal and external marketing materials, banners and signage (indoor/outdoor), presentations, event programs/agendas, branded swag (shirts, hats, giveaways), handouts/leave-behinds, project highlight videos, and project signage.
Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all touchpoints.
Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
Support social media planning and execution, particularly for project highlights and recruiting.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
Organize and maintain digital asset libraries (photos, renderings, templates).
Support event marketing, including industry events and career fairs.
