About The Position

Marketing Coordinator The Marketing Coordinator supports DCR Services & Construction, Inc. by developing high-quality federal proposals, technical marketing materials, and creative assets that communicate the company's strengths across construction, environmental consulting, environmental remediation, and federal contracting programs. Reports To: Director of Business Development & Marketing Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead development of federal proposals including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, SF330s, IDIQ task orders, BPAs, and capability statements tailored to agency requirements. Coordinate proposal schedules, compliance matrices, templates, and content to ensure FAR/DFARS alignment and full federal compliance. Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and marketing materials supporting federal construction, environmental consulting, and remediation services. Work closely with cross-functional teams-project managers, environmental scientists, remediation engineers, and executives-to gather technical content. Manage and update resumes, project sheets, past performance narratives, and federal experience libraries for agencies such as GSA, USACE, EPA, NPS, BLM, DOI, NAVFAC, and MICC. Create visually compelling presentations, infographics, and branded collateral for federal interviews, industry days, and outreach events. Track federal opportunities and assist with maintaining BD pipelines, SAM.gov registrations, CPARS documentation, and marketing databases. Support conferences, marketing campaigns, digital content development, and external communication initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in proposal development, marketing, or federal contracting support within the AEC, construction, or environmental sectors.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience preparing federal solicitations (SF330s, IDIQ proposals, BPAs, multi-agency formats).
  • Familiarity with GSA Schedules, IDIQ/BPA structures, GovWin, FPDS, SAM.gov, and CPARS.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for proposal graphics, templates, and publication-quality materials.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro for advanced PDF editing, 508 compliance formatting, and federal proposal packaging.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
