This role is responsible for coordinating taskers, managing staffing and approval workflows, and ensuring the timely completion of action items.

Requirements

  • Strong coordination, organization, and tracking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience managing deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DoD or federal government staffing workflows
  • Familiarity with task management/action tracking systems
  • Prior experience supporting executive or leadership offices

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate taskers, routing packages, approvals, and staffing actions
  • Track action items, suspense dates, and deadlines
  • Support executive office and leadership workflows
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence and decisions
  • Ensure completeness, formatting, and quality of documentation
  • Communicate status updates and follow-ups with stakeholders
  • Assist with meeting preparation and administrative coordination
