The Agreement Specialist I provide consistent and accurate entering of contracts/agreements for the organization(s). The Agreement Specialist reviews data and corrects data as appropriate. Requirements

High school Diploma, or equivalent, required.
1+ years customer service.
Strong understanding of industry best practices.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills.
Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
Must be able to comply with SFPH’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement.
Occasional travel required, up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Communicate with internal and external customers, up and down chain of command effectively.
Review Inspection/Monitoring Opportunities to ensure all data is accurate and complete.
Create new and rebook existing agreements in Salesforce.
Identifying what type of sale the contract is for.
Researching the database to identify if a contract already exists and/or does the contract need to be cancelled and rebooked.
Update existing agreements within Salesforce, including price changes, due date adjustments and cancellations.
Ensure accuracy throughout with acute attention to detail.
Work with the sales organization in required data needed to enter agreements.
Provide support to end-users.
Other duties may be assigned.
