The Agreement Specialist I provide consistent and accurate entering of contracts/agreements for the organization(s). The Agreement Specialist reviews data and corrects data as appropriate. Requirements

  • High school Diploma, or equivalent, required.
  • 1+ years customer service.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills.
  • Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
  • Must be able to comply with SFPH’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement.
  • Occasional travel required, up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with internal and external customers, up and down chain of command effectively.
  • Review Inspection/Monitoring Opportunities to ensure all data is accurate and complete.
  • Create new and rebook existing agreements in Salesforce.
  • Identifying what type of sale the contract is for.
  • Researching the database to identify if a contract already exists and/or does the contract need to be cancelled and rebooked.
  • Update existing agreements within Salesforce, including price changes, due date adjustments and cancellations.
  • Ensure accuracy throughout with acute attention to detail.
  • Work with the sales organization in required data needed to enter agreements.
  • Provide support to end-users.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
