We are seeking a Service Agreement Administrator to join our team! This role will support the lifecycle of customer preventative maintenance (PM) agreements, ensuring timely renewals, accurate pricing, and alignment with internal operational and financial standards. This role works closely with customers, internal service teams, and Accounts Receivable to maintain strong customer relationships and efficient contract execution.

Requirements

  • Associate ‘s degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and related work experienced required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in service contracts, maintenance agreements, or a related field required
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal team members

  • Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing margins or pricing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review Preventive Maintenance (PM) agreements monthly
  • Analyze contract margins and recommend pricing adjustments or increases as needed
  • Identify and recommend additional services to customers based on contract review and service needs
  • Review existing PM schedules and coordinate services to improve geographic efficiency
  • Prepare and submit updated PM contracts to customers for approval and follow up as needed
  • Prepare, issue, and track PM renewal quotes, ensuring timely completion and follow-through
  • Verify and obtain updated payment methods and purchase orders, as required
  • Prepare PM setup sheets and assist with contract updates within internal systems
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable to support new customer account setup
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
