About The Position

Join our innovative team as a Marketing Content Writer, a pivotal role in developing and delivering compelling, clear, and effective content for Marketing and All In Credit Union’s goals. Your role will work closely with other team members to create written materials that promote products, services, and community involvement, while helping to establish All In’s brand voice across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • One to three years of professional writing experience, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator, with experience creating and editing marketing materials, graphics, and branded visual content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, social media, and online content.
  • Ability to adapt writing style to different formats and audiences.
  • Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance and the ability to assist members with questions concerning BSA.
  • Complete yearly training.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit high-quality, engaging, and informative content across a variety of formats, including blog posts, web copy, email newsletters, social media posts, member communications, product brochures, and more.
  • Create educational materials that simplify complex financial topics, such as loan products, credit scores, savings plans, and budgeting tips, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all member levels.
  • Craft compelling, action-oriented calls-to-action (CTAs) for use in blog posts, emails, and other marketing collateral to drive member engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a content calendar that aligns with the credit union’s campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and industry events.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop content themes and ideas that resonate with target audiences and meet business goals (e.g., increasing loan applications or improving member retention).
  • Work with other departments to ensure that content aligns with the credit union's overall strategic goals.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure content supports ongoing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Ensure content is visually compelling and aligns with the credit union’s branding and design guidelines.
  • Work with compliance and legal to ensure that all content adheres to industry regulations, including privacy laws and advertising standards for financial services.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Produce shareable, engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) that educates, entertains, and encourages member interaction.
  • Respond to comments and messages on social platforms in a timely manner, ensuring the brand voice remains consistent and engaging.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies to remain relevant and increase engagement with our target audiences.
