About The Position

We are seeking a collaborative Content Strategist for our Demand Generation team to lead our B2B marketing content engine. In this role, you will own the B2B marketing content lifecycle, from writing original assets to strategically repurposing and editing existing sources. You will lead the creation, planning, and optimization of content that attracts, engages, and nurtures potential customers—driving leads and ultimately contributing to our revenue goals—while ensuring every narrative aligns with our mission to revolutionize workforce development. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field, with a focus on B2B SaaS marketing
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills with a portfolio of B2B content samples
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and pivot strategies based on content performance metrics
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success to create, enhance, and distribute content that addresses audience pain points, industry challenges, and solutions Interplay provides
  • Adapt existing content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, webinars) into demand-focused assets, including email sequences, social media posts, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Provide editorial direction and training on best practices to ensure content consistency and optimization across platforms
  • Perform keyword research and develop SEO-friendly content strategies to increase organic reach and visibility
  • Develop and refine a social media strategy tailored to engage B2B audiences
  • Oversee the distribution of content across social media platforms
  • Use data to adjust content strategy and improve performance, measuring success in terms of lead generation, reach, and engagement metrics
