About The Position

Axalta is seeking a creative and resourceful Marketing Content Specialist to join the Global Refinish Marketing Team in Glen Mills, PA. This role is responsible for researching, building, distributing, and training on tools for the Economy Segment that align with global key initiatives. The specialist will develop and disseminate world-class presentations, collateral, tools, and programs to support Axalta, its customers, and partners. The position may also assist with customer engagement programs and requires a deep understanding of customer segmentation in automotive refinish, Axalta’s global product systems, technologies, and strategies. Knowledge of the competitive landscape is desired. The Marketing Content Specialist will collaborate within the Global Refinish Marketing Team and across the organization to execute impactful marketing initiatives globally and may support other business segments as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or completion of higher education) in marketing, communications, or business preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business in a related field.
  • Experience in business-to-business marketing content creation is required.
  • Strategic thinker but has a team player attitude to execute and produce impactful results.
  • Detail-oriented professional able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Works very well independently and part of a highly collaborative team.
  • Able to foster positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • Project management experience is helpful.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the manager and internal stakeholders to develop and manage collateral, sales tools, technical documentation, and other assets to enable share gain and retention.
  • Drive and develop presentations to convey the Economy value proposition with a clear and consistent voice through all stages of the selling process.
  • Craft the implementation plan and partner with the Social Media Manager to implement internal and external programs to ensure segment communications to Customers, Partners, Employees, Investors, and the market at large are communicated as designed.
  • Optimize use of the team’s sales enablement system (Seismic) and ensure assets are posted and accessible.
  • Develop training materials to help the team understand how to find, use, and deliver tools.
  • Develop strong partnerships within the organization to lead and execute marketing programs.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently applied to all materials and communications.
