About The Position
Our client is a UK recruitment business supporting employers and jobseekers. They are looking for a creative Marketing & Content Executive to help build their brand and strengthen their online presence. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours, ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media and brand storytelling.
Requirements
- Experience managing social media for a business
- Excellent written English and copywriting skills
- Strong Canva or graphic design skills
- Understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Create engaging posts, graphics and campaigns
- Develop quarterly content plans and an annual marketing calendar
- Write blogs, recruitment articles and thought leadership content
- Promote team achievements, client success stories and company updates
- Create content around awareness days, local events and recruitment trends
- Design social media graphics using Canva
- Repurpose photos and occasional video content supplied by the team
- Monitor engagement and provide simple monthly performance reports
