About The Position

We’re looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Video Editor to own our content execution and production workflow. This role ensures our marketing content is consistently edited, finalized, and published on time. You’ll work closely with our team to turn raw content into polished, engaging media while maintaining brand consistency and supporting ongoing marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills (social media content)
• Experience with content scheduling and publishing
• Comfortable using AI and design tools
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communication and ability to work independently
• Responsive and comfortable working in a remote setup

Nice To Haves

• Experience with reality-style or personality-driven content
• Background in marketing or content production
• Experience in fast-paced content environments

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Add music, captions, transitions, and polish content for engagement
• Ensure accuracy of all on-screen text and visuals
• Upload and schedule approved content across platforms
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Ensure smooth execution of the content calendar
• Work closely with Sarah to maintain brand voice and tone
• Communicate via Zoom and chat tools (Slack/Teams)
• Apply feedback quickly and accurately
• Create flyers, slide decks, and other marketing materials
• Use AI and design tools to produce assets quickly
• Deliver clean, professional outputs without heavy design oversight
