About The Position

RX Global aims to create unforgettable experiences for attendees and exhibitors through organizing events. Innovation, creativity, and collaboration drive the company to offer exceptional services to clients. As a Content Associate, you will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a portfolio of B2B industry events. You will create, build, and adapt content across multiple channels to drive audience engagement, acquisition, and brand awareness. Working closely with marketing managers and cross‑functional partners, you will help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, consistently, and on schedule. Note: This is NOT a social media content creation role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field, or 1-2 years equivalent experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and channels
  • Experience creating or editing visual assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Clear and collaborative communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with email marketing, digital campaigns, or marketing automation tools
  • Interest in B2B marketing, events, trade shows, or audience engagement strategies

Responsibilities

  • Execute a content strategy focused on customer engagement and year‑round community building
  • Produce and adapt multi‑channel content for websites, email, video, SMS, PPC, sales materials, and print
  • Manage and follow an editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery
  • Write and edit email campaigns aligned to user behavior and customer journeys
  • Build and deploy emails using a marketing automation platform, partnering with campaign teams on timelines and accuracy
  • Repurpose existing content across formats and channels to maximize impact
  • Coordinate content reviews and approval workflows to support on‑time deployment
  • Track content performance and use insights to help improve future campaigns
