About The Position

Manifest OS is an AI-native company focused on making legal services more accessible. The growth team builds authentic connections with individuals navigating complex immigration journeys. This role involves writing and content production, with a focus on creating long-form articles, explainers, FAQ hubs, and landing pages that rank in organic and AI search. The associate will partner with attorneys to extract expertise, support webinar content, and build AI workflows for content scaling. Distribution responsibilities include repackaging content for LinkedIn, email sequences, and short clips, as well as ghostwriting for attorneys on LinkedIn. The role requires owning metrics such as organic rankings, social referral traffic, newsletter conversions, AI search citations, and attributable consults. The ideal candidate is an operator who proactively identifies content gaps, ships without a brief, and cares about immigration. This is an in-office role in NYC, five days a week.

Requirements

• 3+ years writing in a regulated industry (finance, insurance, legal, or similar)
• Ability to balance compelling storytelling with accuracy and compliance
• Comfortable extracting knowledge from subject-matter experts
• Experience building AI-powered workflows
• Owning distribution as much as creation
• Think like an operator, proactively find content gaps, ship without waiting for a brief, and care genuinely about immigration and the people we serve.

Responsibilities

• Own an editorial vertical end-to-end: research, draft, and ship long-form articles, explainers, FAQ hubs, and landing pages that rank in organic and AI search
• Partner with our attorneys to extract expertise and make it accessible to a general audience
• Support webinar content: speaker prep, talking points, follow-up recaps, and repurposed clips
• Build AI workflows to scale research, drafting, and content variants
• Repackage long-form into LinkedIn posts/carousels, email sequences, and short clips
• Ghostwrite for our attorneys on LinkedIn in a voice that's recognizably Manifest
• Partner with newsletter editors on segmentation and conversion
• Own the metrics: organic rankings, social referral traffic, newsletter conversions, AI search citations, and attributable consults
