Job Summary The Marketing Consultant is responsible for the functional execution of outcome-driven marketing strategies at the project or program level to drive business growth and persistency at critical points in the customer or stakeholder journey. This role participates in the development of personas, identifies touchpoints, supports the development of marketing plans and then collaborates with a cross-functional team to execute tangible marketing experiences.

Requirements

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field.
3+ years of experience with multichannel marketing capabilities.
Financial Services Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains marketing experiences and opportunities for improvement of marketing mix
Executes digital and traditional marketing plans across the marketing mix in an omnichannel approach
Partners with creative, editorial, communications, research, compliance, customer experience, and other internal and external stakeholders
Builds strong partnerships across teams, departments, and stakeholder groups to achieve shared business goals and deliver successful outcomes.
Takes accountability for managing projects and initiatives from planning through execution and post-implementation evaluation.
