Job Summary This position is responsible for leading all onboarding and troubleshooting efforts for creative intake and approval systems used by internal creative, sales and product marketing teams at HCSC. The candidate in this role will develop intake forms, manage workflows, and support the Creative Operations team. Provides first line technical support for end users and basic system administrative oversight. This role will rely heavily on the candidate’s ability to work cross functionally, use excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Maintain vendor relationships, submit support tickets, and feature enhancement requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience in writing, marketing, and communication activities.
  • 4 years’ experience in communications.
  • Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • PC proficiency to include Word and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • 4 years project management, digital producer, or traffic management experience.
  • Working familiarity with File Maker Pro, Wrike, or other project management tool
  • Working familiarity with Workfront Proof, Ziflow, or other online approval system
  • Working familiarity with Microsoft Teams
  • Backend systems administration experience: Permissions setting, organization, onboarding, some troubleshooting.
  • Agency or creative operations experience
  • Project Management Certification
