The Marketing Communications Specialist will translate complex legal concepts into clear, compelling, audience-focused content that supports the firm’s thought leadership, business development and brand strategies. This position will play a central role in the firm’s written communications across digital, email, website, social media and print platforms, strategically leveraging AI and other available marketing technologies to improve visibility, AEO, GEO, and SEO rankings, efficiency, consistency, and performance. This role partners closely with business development professionals, marketing colleagues and attorneys to develop high quality communications that strengthen client relationships, elevate the firm’s expertise and supports strategic growth with prospective clients. The Marketing Communications Specialist is expected to remain curious and informed about trends in the legal, business, and broader corporate environment, proactively identifying opportunities to position the firm through timely, relevant content. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, editor and comfortable working in sophisticated, fast-paced environments. The Marketing Communications Specialist must be able to manage multiple, time-sensitive requests while upholding strict confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
