Frontwave is seeking a leader with a broad skill set that includes implementation of all marketing programs, product/service offers, campaign/promotions, member, and employee communication, and maintain organizational consistency of brand and marketing guidelines. This role is critical to the brand’s success in building positive, long-term, and meaningful relationships by making emotional connections with our members, employees, and community partners. The Marketing Communications Manager will execute and implement effective marketing and communications programs for Frontwave Credit Union’s products and services. This role will optimize marketing efforts to keep Frontwave Credit Union top-of-mind by acquiring and retaining engaged members while also deepening relationships with new and existing membership through product and service acquisition. The Marketing Communications Manager will perpetuate the brand through relevant, timely and compelling communication that builds affinity and causes people to act.
