About The Position

The Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to help share Utah's Olympic legacy through creative campaigns, digital communications, and public relations that inspire participation in sport programs, public activities, and world-class events. This is a Full-Time exempt position, primarily located in Park City with travel to Kearns and Midway, UT. Expect normal business hours Monday-Friday. There will be occasions for schedule flexibility to support competitions, community events, media opportunities, and other Foundation activities. Every project helps grow youth sport participation, support elite athletes, promote world-class venues, and strengthen community connections. No two days look exactly alike. One morning you may be writing a press release announcing an upcoming international competition, while the afternoon is spent capturing behind-the-scenes content at one of our Olympic venues. Throughout the week you'll collaborate across departments, coordinate campaigns, monitor digital performance, respond to media requests, and promote events that welcome thousands of athletes and visitors. Through compelling content and strategic communications, you'll help bring our vision to life: "Bring to life the Olympic & Paralympic spirit in our youth, communities, and athletes from around the world." Your passion for storytelling and relationship building motivates you to promote the vision, mission, and values of this unique organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing and communications experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools
  • Solid understanding of multimedia production software and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
