About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy MarComm Manager to serve as the "Brand Ambassador" and primary face of the organization in the United States. Reporting to the Head of Sales with a matrix-reporting line to Global Marketing leadership, you will be the driving force behind the brand's North American presence. This is a critical, high-visibility hire intended to support a business unit that is evolving and scaling rapidly. This position is based in Atlanta, GA area. The role requires an in-office presence four times a week to foster collaboration, except when traveling for major industry events or business needs. For the right candidate, full relocation assistance is provided.

Requirements

  • Experience: You bring 10-15 years of marketing experience, specifically within Manufacturing or the Motor Industry.
  • Personality: You are a highly extroverted, outgoing individual who thrives on interaction. This is a high-visibility, "Brand Ambassador" style role.
  • Skillset: You possess strong Project Management skills to handle multiple moving parts and are a creative "outside the box" thinker.
  • Adaptability: Your #1 characteristic is the ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Matrix Navigation: You are comfortable navigating a complex, global reporting structure and acting as the primary point of contact for a global brand within the US.
  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional from a manufacturing background.
  • You have experience navigating a complex, global matrix reporting structure and are comfortable being the primary point of contact for a brand within a specific geographic region.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Partnership: Act as the lead marketing strategist for the Head of Sales and the broader sales organization.
  • High-Impact Event Management: Lead the execution of premier industry partner events, including major automotive sponsorships, internal summits, and executive leadership visits.
  • Global Agency & Team Leadership: Oversee multiple global agency partners and manage a dedicated direct report based in the USA.
  • Product Content & Launches: Own the creation of specialized technical collateral and spearhead all major US product launches.
  • Digital & Influencer Strategy: Drive the brand's digital evolution with a multi-year focus on innovative influencer marketing and social presence.
