Marketing Communications Lead

Pave•Salt Lake City, UT
•$160,000 - $170,000•Hybrid

About The Position

At Pave, we're building the industry’s leading compensation platform, combining the world’s largest real-time compensation dataset with deep expertise in AI and machine learning. Our platform is perfecting the art and science of pay to give 9,000+ companies unparalleled confidence in every compensation decision. The Marketing Team @ Pave builds the brand energy and demand that fuel the business. We take our real-time compensation data and turn it into campaigns, stories, and market-moving moments that earn attention, create pipeline, and make Pave the first name people think of in compensation. We work shoulder to shoulder across the business, but primarily with revenue and product teams, to ensure we are supporting what’s built and what’s sold. We sharpen positioning, launch products with impact, and give sellers content that opens doors and helps close deals. We're accountable for results: qualified leads, revenue influence, and a brand people seek out. We move fast, test boldly, and let the data tell us what's working so we can double down. We celebrate every win together, and we believe great marketing should be as fun to make as it is to read.
