Marketing & Communication Lead

Mint Health + DrugsEdmonton, AB
Onsite

About The Position

Mint Health + Drugs is a growing healthcare organization with a simple but important purpose: to help people access the care, service, and support they need in the communities we serve. We are pharmacist-led, people-focused, and committed to creating a workplace where accountability, teamwork, and service excellence matter. Our teams work hard, support one another, and take pride in delivering care that is professional, compassionate, and practical. At Mint, every role contributes to the experience we create for our patients, customers, partners, and employees. We are looking for people who bring initiative, reliability, sound judgment, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Lead to join our Corporate team and help us deliver the Mint experience — thoughtful service, strong collaboration, and care that puts people first. The Marketing & Communications Lead is responsible for translating Mint Health + Drugs’ marketing and communication priorities into coordinated, measurable execution across its network of pharmacy locations. This is a senior generalist position with primary accountability for written communications, content planning, integrated marketing campaigns, digital channel management, marketing analytics, website content, agency coordination and network-wide marketing operations with a significant amount of autonomy. The position reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager to establish priorities and then independently develops workplans, coordinates contributors, manages timelines, deploys initiatives and reports on results. The role provides functional leadership and coordination across marketing projects but does not serve as Mint’s dedicated graphic design position. Significant original design, specialized production work and major brand-development projects may be assigned to external agencies, freelancers or other creative resources, with a lot already in place. The Marketing & Communications Lead may prepare minor or template-based materials where appropriate to support timely execution.
