Requirements

  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent work-related experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% both domestic and internationally
  • Strong experience in the interior graphics, commercial design and/or experiential design required
  • Experience managing multiple clients and competing priorities
  • Experience in marketing agency scope and budget development
  • Knowledge and experience in budget management and accountability, up to $3MM
  • Client relationship leadership experience
  • A strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across strategy, creative, and production teams.
  • Broad range of experiences in the development and execution of marketing communications strategies with examples in facilities and experiential design as well as sales material development, digital strategy development, product launches, and messaging platform development.

Responsibilities

  • Leading key facilities and commercial design initiatives to meet client objectives from concepting through execution.
  • Driving client satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, and seamless communication through disciplined project execution in interior graphics, commercial, and experiential design.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned business unit partners and extended agency and Enterprise teams.
  • Affirming trust with clients through consistent communication and value-added engagements, connecting dots for clients across the enterprise, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Managing client relationships in a solution-oriented way, navigating interpersonal differences and utilizing escalation when needed.
  • Monitoring and managing the financial performance of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Communicating business unit objectives and strategies to agency team members and establishing accountability for achieving client goals through Ironworks.
  • Creating briefs aligning to client’s business objectives, utilizing industry data, past design experiences, and insights to jump start agency creativity.
  • Developing scopes of work and budgets that clearly articulate agency commitments to clients and client accountability to the agency.
  • Effectively leading the ideation, development, execution, and measurement of projects, working in partnership with agency team members.
  • Fostering trust and collaboration within agency work groups, serving as a trusted partner.
  • Communicating confidently internally and with outside vendors regarding facilities and commercial design terminology, substrates, production processes, and installation techniques.
  • Collaborating and coordinating project execution with key outside vendors to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Traversing tactical and strategic conversations throughout the same day without jeopardizing strong communication to clients and agency partners.
  • Navigating complex projects and tight timelines effectively, while managing expectations with clients and agency partners.
  • Maintaining steadfast focus and resilience during times of change and high agency activity.
