About The Position

Nidec HVAC Aftermarket is seeking a Marketing Communications Co-Op to gain hands-on experience with marketing communications projects at a global manufacturing company. The position works across teams and supports marketing operations, including promotional product processes, digital assets, website content, and printed literature. The Co-Op also supports the Marketing Communications Manager with creative and organizational projects and participates in team meetings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in manufacturing or industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Help improve the ordering, inventory, and distribution process for promotional products.
• Organize and manage digital assets, including photography, videos, and graphics.
• Collaborate with the e-business team to provide and organize website content.
• Assist with improvements to printed literature storage and fulfillment processes.
• Support the Marketing Communications Manager with creative and organizational projects.
• Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to marketing operations.
