This is a 4 to 5 month contract role based in Toronto, and it sits right at the heart of how Movember shows up across Canada and the US during the campaign period. As Marketing Campaign Coordinator for North America, you'll be a hands-on generalist supporting the full campaign lifecycle: from planning and briefing through to delivery, monitoring, and post-campaign evaluation. You'll report into the Head of Marketing, North America, and work closely with the Marketing Campaigns Manager to make sure every activation lands on time, on brief, and unmistakably on brand. Day to day, you'll own email marketing coordination across both markets, including planning, translation, proofing and delivery. You'll maintain the trackers and records that keep campaigns organised and stakeholders across a globally connected team informed. You'll act as the connective tissue between local departments and global support functions, flagging roadblocks early and finding creative solutions when things don't go to plan. You'll also build a strong working relationship with Movember's Creative Studio in Melbourne, supporting asset production, localisation and delivery workflows. This is an ideal role for someone with 1 to 3 years of marketing experience who is ready to step into a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and make a genuine contribution to one of the world's most recognisable men's health movements.
