About The Position

Lerners LLP is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Marketing & Business Development Technology Manager to join their Marketing & Business Development team. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a central part in shaping and advancing the firm’s marketing technology environment, including leading the implementation and optimization of their CRM platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to improve client development, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, information systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing technology, business systems, or related role
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Experience supporting system adoption, training, and change management
  • Experience with data management, auditing, and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing technology platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage projects and competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications in CRM, marketing technology, or project management considered an asset
  • Experience contributing to technology strategy and roadmap planning is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the firm’s marketing technology strategy and roadmap
  • Ensure alignment between marketing systems and broader business development priorities
  • Establish and maintain governance, standards, and best practices across platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through technology enhancements
  • Lead the implementation, rollout, and ongoing management of the firm’s CRM platform
  • Drive adoption, utilization, and measurable performance across the marketing technology ecosystem
  • Develop workflows, integrations, and reporting tools that support business development activities
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistent use across systems
  • Develop and track key performance indicators related to CRM adoption, data quality, and marketing effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance service delivery
  • Support leadership with meaningful reporting and insights to inform decision-making
  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing & Business Development and IT on technology initiatives
  • Lead system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Deliver training, documentation, and support to ensure effective and consistent use of systems
  • Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers
  • Recommend marketing technology investment priorities in alignment with departmental strategy
  • Manage the allocation of approved budgets and support lifecycle planning for platforms
