About The Position

As a key member of our team, you will oversee marketing and business development efforts to support growth and community engagement. This role is responsible for leading marketing and outreach efforts, building strong community partnerships, and helping expand access to our services. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
Knowledge of healthcare systems, payer structures, and community resources
Professional, flexible, and results-driven approach
Strong organizational and strategic planning skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

Managing and growing relationships with referral sources, payers, and community partners
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support organizational growth goals
Negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers
Conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement
Supporting leadership in developing annual volume projections and marketing budgets
Promoting clinical programs in collaboration with the clinical leadership team
Representing Preceptor in the community to build awareness and trust
Monitoring the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing efforts
Maintaining knowledge of market trends, competitors, and payer landscapes
Assisting patients and families with accessing community resources when needed
