This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Director to help develop new business opportunities, increase our online presence, support client relationships and ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of the business.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely and attending the office when required.
• Flexible, reliable and adaptable.
• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook and cloud-based systems
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within legal, healthcare or professional services (desirable but not essential).
• Knowledge of CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients.
• Maintain and develop our CRM database.
• Support networking events and partnership opportunities.
• Help increase client referrals and repeat business.
• Produce email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Monitor social media engagement and marketing performance.
• Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally.
• Prepare correspondence, engagement letters and invoices.
• Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and confidential records.
• Update case management systems and databases.
