About The Position

Help Build the TORQ Brand TORQ Coatings is one of the fastest-growing concrete coating companies in the Midwest, and we're looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Brand Manager to help grow our brand as we continue expanding into new markets. This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating content, telling stories, and building a brand. You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and leadership team to develop campaigns, capture engaging content, support recruiting initiatives, and strengthen TORQ's presence across every marketing channel. Portfolio Requested: Candidates should be prepared to share examples of previous marketing, social media, photography, videography, or creative work as part of the interview process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of marketing experience
• Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, or similar marketing tools
• Experience in home services, construction, consumer brands, or agency marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TORQ's content and social media strategy.
• Create photo and video content at job sites, company events, and the office.
• Manage our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Build and maintain an organic content calendar.
• Create customer testimonials, employee spotlights, educational content, and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Support recruiting through employer branding and hiring campaigns.
• Assist with trade shows, community events, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth.
