About The Position

The Marketing Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across Independent Stave Company's six distinct wine barrel brands and three oak alternative brands. This role encompasses brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and event marketing to support sales growth and maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for six wine barrel brands for North America. Three brands globally.
  • Manage customer experience initiatives across all brand touchpoints
  • Provide sales staff support including printed materials, digital assets, training materials, and customer gifts / SWAG.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing communications
  • Lead new product launch campaigns
  • Design, build, and maintain all company brand and sales websites
  • Manage website content, updates, and performance
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives across all brand properties
  • Manage social media content creation and delegate posting to admin
  • Write copy for press releases, executive communications, marketing materials, websites and others as necessary
  • Manage and clearly communicate creative design project needs with in-house graphic designer.
  • Develop advertising ideas for industry publications
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the department’s goals and operations.
