Brand Marketing Manager

Contigo CateringAustin, TX
Hybrid

About The Position

Contigo Catering is seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to elevate its brand, increase awareness, generate demand, and create marketing programs that drive measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone with experience in consumer-facing, brand-led businesses who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution. The position is based in Southeast Austin, with travel to various event spaces throughout Central Texas. A reliable transportation is required. Occasional travel to off-site events and activations around the region may also be required.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of marketing experience in a consumer-facing or brand-led business.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, digital, events) with measurable results.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, vendors, and creative partners while maintaining a high standard of quality across all outputs.
  • Passion for storytelling, customer experience, and brand building.
  • Ability to integrate into the culture of Contigo Catering and be a genuine ambassador for this brand no matter where you are.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends for events, activations, and networking functions in accordance with business needs.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and manage digital tools, platforms, and communication systems effectively.
  • Ability to attend and actively participate in events, activations, and networking functions, including standing for extended periods during events.
  • Ability to travel to event venues, partner locations, and community events throughout the Austin metro area and Central Texas region.
  • Ability to set up and manage brand activations and event installations, which may occasionally require light lifting or physical setup at event spaces.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, lifestyle, or events is strongly preferred.
  • You understand what makes a brand distinct and you know how to bring it to life consistently across every channel and touchpoint — from social media to a live event activation.
  • You don’t shy away from campaign metrics, engagement data, or booking analytics. You use numbers to guide decisions and demonstrate the value of marketing investment.
  • You prioritize independently and take action without waiting to be asked. You see opportunities to strengthen the brand or drive leads, and you go after them.
  • You craft content that resonates — from a compelling event recap to a social post that captures our culture. You know how to tell Contigo’s story in ways that connect emotionally and drive action.
  • You build genuine connections with clients, venue partners, event planners, and community organizations. You represent Contigo with warmth and professionalism, and you know that relationships are the foundation of a great brand.
  • Brand consistency matters to you. You notice when a caption doesn’t match the tone, when a photo is off-brand, or when a campaign asset needs refinement — and you take the initiative to make it right.
  • You finish campaigns, projects, and activations that you start — and over-deliver on expectations. You don’t leave things half-done, and you follow through on commitments to the team and to partners.
  • You don’t publish content or launch campaigns until they’re right. You hold yourself to a high standard and strive to build processes that prevent errors from repeating in the future.
  • You’re equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to write copy, coordinate a photo shoot, or set up a brand activation at an event. You don’t wait for others to execute — you get it done.
  • You juggle multiple campaigns, channels, vendors, and deadlines without dropping the ball. You have systems for everything and keep projects moving efficiently, even when priorities shift.
  • You plan campaigns, content calendars, and brand activations well in advance, while remaining agile enough to respond to real-time opportunities. You hit deadlines and help the team stay ahead of key moments and milestones.
  • You’re comfortable representing Contigo in a variety of settings — from industry networking events to community partnerships — and you communicate with warmth and professionalism. Our clients and partners feel valued, not like a transaction.
