About The Position

Tacos La Villa is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support the company's marketing strategy across all locations. This role will focus on campaign execution, sales analysis, brand management, customer engagement initiatives, and measuring marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of marketing, business analytics, or campaign management experience.
  • Experience analyzing sales and operational data.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies or external vendors preferred.
  • Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit business experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Advanced organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales, traffic, and customer trends across all restaurant locations.
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Coordinate and execute company-wide marketing promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing, advertising, and social media vendors.
  • Develop monthly marketing performance reports and recommendations for leadership.
  • Monitor customer feedback, online reputation, and brand sentiment.
  • Assist with loyalty, rewards, email, and SMS marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for new store openings and special events.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
  • Track marketing budgets and campaign expenditures.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all locations and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Executive Leadership on company initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase guest traffic, sales, and customer retention.
