About The Position

Bosch Rexroth North America is seeking a driven, tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist to play a key role in their success. This position is central to the marketing technology stack, aiming to drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable results. The specialist will report to the Director of Marketing Support and work closely with the Marketing Automation Manager, serving as the in-house HubSpot expert, a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, and a driver of continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a disciplined, proactive problem-solver passionate about using technology to achieve business goals and influence change. The position offers daily opportunities to learn, teach, and collaborate on tools and ideas that bring world-class products to market and drive consideration and conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing automation role.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot.
  • Demonstrable experience creating, executing, and optimizing complex lead nurturing campaigns and workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage a marketing database, including segmentation, data cleansing, and lead management.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Extremely organized and efficient, with a natural gift for organization, prioritization, and time management.
  • Polished and persistent communicator, skilled at using multiple channels to connect with busy stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., SAP Sales Cloud, Salesforce) and understanding of system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with integrative technologies like Demandbase or similar ABM platforms.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel Power Query).
  • Familiarity with data privacy principles and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a service-minded consultant to internal marketing and sales teams, understanding their business goals and guiding them toward best practices.
  • Tailor sophisticated, efficient, and sustainable solutions within HubSpot to improve campaign performance and provide insights for data-informed marketing investment decisions.
  • Own the technical and strategic functionality of HubSpot, leveraging AI and advanced features to optimize workflows.
  • Serve as the North American regional expert for HubSpot, managing users, ensuring data integrity, and leading training initiatives.
  • Design, build, and ensure the flawless execution of marketing automation programs, including audience segmentation, lead nurturing, drip campaigns, scoring, and reporting.
  • Take ownership of the marketing database, ensuring its hygiene, segmentation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Develop and present insightful reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate the value of contact and company nurturing.
  • Anticipate potential risks in workflows, campaigns, data integrations, and system processes, and proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM in the use of HubSpot-managed data.
  • Explore and advocate for the integration of cutting-edge tools like ABM platforms and other technologies to enhance capabilities and drive marketing innovation.
