Marketing Automation Specialist
About The Position
FIT Franchise Brands is the parent company to two leading fitness concepts, MAX Fitness & Wellness and Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping. We are a fast-growing franchisor focused on helping people transform their lives through fitness, nutrition, and community. Our team supports franchise owners across the country with proven systems, marketing strategies, and operational excellence. We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to help elevate our marketing infrastructure and drive results across our brands. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to support and optimize our automated marketing systems. This role is ideal for a “technical creative” who enjoys both the structure of CRM automation and the craft of writing compelling marketing messages. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey from first touchpoint through long-term engagement.
Requirements
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Strong writing skills with the ability to drive action and engagement
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Logical thinker with an interest in automation and customer journeys
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Recent graduates with relevant internships or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize automated lead nurturing sequences and CRM workflows
- Write email, SMS, and landing page copy aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- Support administration of our marketing automation platform (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Test campaigns, links, triggers, and logic to ensure a seamless user experience
- Identify opportunities to improve funnels, engagement, and conversion rates
