About The Position

Do you enjoy bringing clarity to complex systems? We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Manager to help us evolve our core marketing tech stack. In this role, you will be the primary architect for our Marketo foundation, ensuring our systems are robust and our processes are clearly documented. You will also play a pivotal role in our growth by blueprinting M&A integrations and building the AI-ready data foundations that power our next generation of marketing operations. This role is a blend of strategic systems design, hands-on execution, and team enablement.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Marketing Automation or Operations, with a background in managing enterprise-scale Marketo instances.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce. You understand how system architecture creates real business impact.
  • Curiosity for AI: A passion for AI in MarTech and an interest in implementing AI functionalities to drive efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: An ability to translate technical "puzzles" into simple, actionable guides for your teammates.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A high attention to detail and a passion for building solutions that are "built to last."
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Nice To Haves

  • Background in managing marketing tech stacks within a complex or global organization
  • Familiarity with lead scoring and routing models
  • Experience mapping data schemas and migrating systems during company acquisitions.
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B, Adobe Real-Time CDP, and other Adobe marketing technologies a plus
  • Project management experience or certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, optimize, and scale our core Marketo instance and foundational marketing automation infrastructure.
  • Own the creation, maintenance, and delivery of clear, comprehensive documentation for marketing operations processes and platforms.
  • Help us build the foundation for AI orchestration. You will identify and implement AI-driven features that improve automation efficiency and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and MarTech to make sure our systems talk to each other—and support real business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing automation and lead management to ensure accurate campaign execution and tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains in marketing operations.
